What forms of payment do you accept?

We provide you with an invoice, payable by cash and/or check. We will be adding Credit Card support soon.


What is automatic monitoring and management?

Each computer has a dedicated health agent that tracks important elements such as disk space, event logs and other unique features of the workstation. This information, reported to ITaBetterWayTM and assists with routine PC maintenance and most importantly, alerts us to potential problems in most cases before the system fails.


Four key components vital to a healthy and productive business system are:

  • The application of current security patches and updates
  • Response to System Errors that threaten your system, when they happen
  • Current anti-virus/anti-spyware protection
  • Reliable Daily Backups that are proven Restorable

What services are included?

  • PC Maintenance: Keep each of your systems in top shape by cleaning temporary folders and files, and running regular Disk Defragmentation.
  • Network Monitoring/Alerts: Prompt notification of hardware changes, software changes, low disk space, other reported errors, detection of new devices on the LAN and other important changes taking place on your network.
  • Patch Management: We take the guesswork out of system patches. Simple reporting will show you which patches were installed each month.
  • Monthly Reporting: Our technical staff will review the health of your network and send you an easy-to-understand monthly report.
  • Remote Support: Our system health agent allows us remote control of your systems when necessary to collaborate with you and resolve problems, saving you time and money.

What else might I want?

  • Daily Backups: No reason to worry about losing information in the event of a computer breakdown. An on-line, secure backup guarantees no lost files or important data.
  • Anti-Virus / Anti Spyware protection for all covered workstations and servers (you no longer need to worry about renewing your anti-virus licenses)
  • E-Mail System and Message Management including spam and virus filtering for your entire domain with daily spam reports for each user.
  • Remote Access using a secure login that allows a single user to control their computer remotely (much like LogMeIn, PCAnywhere or GoToMyPC).
  • Administrator Login that allows remote control of any PC on your network for running your own reports.
